The application deadline has been extended to June 30, 2021, for individuals and companies finding new solutions to the key challenges facing aquaculture.

The Aquaculture Canada and WAS North America 2021 conference was rescheduled to August 15-18, 2022 at the St. John’s Convention Centre, St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.

The event will take place from August 24-27, 2021 at a physical event in Trondheim, as well as a digital event.

ILDEX Vietnam was postponed to March 16-18, 2022 and will hold a virtual event from July 21-23, 2021.

The forthcoming edition of the AlgaEurope conference will, once again, be held in a digital format from December 7-9, 2021. 

World Aquaculture 2020 will be held from December 5-8, 2021 at the Singapore EXPO Convention and Exhibition Center. 

The fourth session in the series, Trends in Aquaculture Hatcheries, will focus on water conditioning and probiotics and will be held on June 14 at 5 pm UTC, 7 pm CET, 12 pm - Guayaquil.

The competition recognizes individuals and companies finding new solutions to the key challenges facing aquaculture.

The second session will take place on June 24 with Robbert Blonk, R&D director at Hendrix Genetics, discussing gene editing and gene modification in non-GMO fish.

World Aquaculture 2021 will be held from November 15 – 19 in Mérida, Mexico.

The conference will take place from May 14-16 and will look for a strategy to improve aquaculture governance for the region. 

The event will proceed in Madeira, Portugal from October 4-8 since events can take place on the island with 50% seating capacity.

The third session in the series Trends in Aquaculture Hatcheries will focus on feeds and will be held over two days, from May 17-18 at 2 pm UTC, 7 pm - Bangkok, 2 pm CET, 7 am - Guayaquil.

The conference will be held from August 11-14, 2021 with an in-person conference and trade show at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, San Antonio, Texas, USA. 

The West African Region of World Aquaculture Society African Chapter will hold a Conference Report on May 16, 2021 in Ghana to review aquaculture policies in West Africa. 

The show will take place from July 21–23, 2021 at Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with a digital platform for those exhibitors unable to attend.

VIV Asia and Meat Pro Asia will take place on January 12-14, 2022, at the Challenger Halls - IMPACT, Bangkok, Thailand.

This year, the talks will feature experts from the companies that have supported this event for the past three years, DSM, Hendrix Genetics and Scale AQ.

The second webinar in the series Trends in Aquaculture Hatcheries will focus on breeding and genetics and will be held on April 16 at 12 pm GMT.

The event will be a hybrid online event to be held from May 14-16, 2021 and is open to industry stakeholders to build a strong aquaculture industry in the region.
