The 44th Larval Fish Conference was forced to be postponed until 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic. Hence, this year, “The First Virtual Larval Fish Science Town Hall!” will be held on June 23, 2020.
The event will be a mixture of science talks and online networking to remain connected. Three one-hour science sessions and four talks will be spread thoughout the day to accommodate speakers from different time zones. There will also be virtual breakout rooms with many of the section's “Greats of Larval Fish Science” for an hour of interaction, chat, and networking.
