The organizing committee of the XIV International Symposium on Genetics in Aquaculture (ISGA 2022) announced the extension of the deadline for abstract submission. The new deadline is June 24, 2022.

The symposium will take place from November 27 to December 2, 2022, as a hybrid event, including virtual and in-person activities in Puerto Varas, Chile.

The symposium is a triennial meeting that has been organized in different countries since 1982. It aims to share the latest world-class research on genetics and genomics for increasing the efficiency and sustainability of aquaculture, discuss strategies and results for the integration of novel genomic tools in aquaculture breeding and production and provide a forum for the industry and academy to learn from each other from the latest developments and applications of genetics and genomics.
