PatoGen appointed Meritxell Diez-Padrisa as senior fish health advisor. Diez-Padrisa brings many years of veterinary and production experience in aquaculture to the team.

Diez-Padrisa previously worked with Mowi (Scotland) Ltd., Grupo Culmarex SAU, and most recently with the Aquaculture Stewardship Council and brings a wealth of expertise in diagnostics and the application of veterinary medicine to aquaculture.

She said she “is greatly looking forward to working with the international PatoGen team as health issues continue to challenge aquaculture in many sectors and regions, and that there is much work to be done.”
