Alpha Aqua A/S and Cold Lake AB Sweden signed a contract to design and deliver an Arctic char RAS facility near Kallsjön, Sweden with a production capacity of 4,000 tons per year.
The design phase has already started and will progress until late 2021. The actual construction of the farm will take place throughout 2022 and will be fully finalized by 2023.
When the construction is finalized, the production will be from egg to full harvest size. The first stock of eggs is scheduled for Q4 2022.
