Co-organized by the European Aquaculture Society and the World Aquaculture Society, AQUA 2024 will take place from August 26-30, 2024, in Copenhagen. It will comprise a scientific conference, trade exhibition, industry forums, workshops, student events and receptions.
The event will highlight the latest aquaculture research and innovation to underpin the continued growth of this exciting food production sector. It will be a showcase for Denmark, and its innovation leadership in several key technologies crucial for future aquaculture, but also a meeting and exchange platform for experts from around the world. The theme of AQUA 2024 is Blue food, green solutions.
Abstract submissions are open with a wide range of sessions – by topic and species – for the scientific conference. Deadline is April 5. Students should submit their abstract before April 5 for a chance of being selected for the AQUA 2024 Student Spotlight Award and the possibility to pitch their work at the opening plenary session to a global aquaculture audience.
The organization is also working on preparing programs for the Industry Forum and Innovation Forum, as well as pre- and post-conference tours.
Over 80% of the trade show booths are sold. Find more information here or contact mario@marevent.com.
