Chilean pathology lab, VeHiCe, opened a new lab in Scotland due to the important increase of customers from Scotland and Europe in general. The company aims to serve European aquaculture customers with high-quality diagnostics and research.

“The international director will be Professor Hugh Ferguson, one of the most recognized fish pathologists worldwide, who is based in Scotland and will lead this project,” the company said.

VeHiCe is a diagnostic lab specialized in advanced pathology that also supports hatcheries (and aquaculture sites) by improving their knowledge about any kind of pathologic problem as well as helping to understand processes related to production (feeding, treatments, environmental conditions, etc.) and their impact in the animals.
