AquaGen Chile will start delivering organic salmon eggs in April 2022 after obtaining the authorization to produce organic eggs in the country.
The company’s Ignao, Comau and Pangueco - SenSen centers successfully completed an audit process carried out by the OIA inspection body. Organic salmon production is regulated by a strict set of guidelines, some involve following a series of rules regarding water recycling, waste disposal, and the feed used.
