Skretting strengthens team to increase closed aquaculture market shares
"Our ambition is to have a minimum 50% share of the Closed Aquaculture Systems segment, and we are well ahead of this plan,” the company said.
Skretting adjusted its structure in the area of Closed Aquaculture Systems (CAS) within the areas of Innovation and Commercial. This new way of organizing will help drive innovation, capture new market opportunities and deliver on already signed agreements in the segment.
Sissel Susort has been appointed as global marketing manager for CAS, responsible for the development and maintenance of the CAS segment. Three regional commercial leads have also been appointed: Gaston Lopez (North-America), Truls Dahl (Europe) and Arjen Roem (Asia). These leads will make sure that deliveries and activities within and across the regions are coordinated.
The regional commercial leads and marketing manager CAS will form a global team for CAS and will, together with NuFrontiers, meet frequently to stay updated across regions. “Our ambition is to have minimum 50% share of the CAS segment, and we are well ahead of this plan,” the company said. “We are proud to be a preferred partner, providing relevant competence, high performing feeds and passion for the success of our customers.”
“As an organization, we have grown and adjusted to best adapt to our customer’s needs. We have signed significant long-term contracts in all of our markets, and now need to make sure to both deliver on the already signed agreements, as well as capture new opportunities,” the company concluded.
