General Manager Kona Bay - Indonesia

Hendrix Genetics (Kona Bay) is looking for a general manager in Indonesia. The candidate will be responsible to plan, manage and ensure all activities in production, sales and other supporting functions to achieve budget targets and develop and expand Kona Bay BMC activities in Indonesia and conform BU strategy and business plans as set out from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or a reasonable equivalent, preferably in aquaculture related studies.
• At least five years of relevant management experience managing aqua business (preferably shrimp) with exposure in sales.
• Extensive knowledge of the shrimp industry ideally in Indonesia.
• Good knowledge and understanding of production and biosecurity.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Effective leadership and people management skills.
