Hatchery Feed & Management will hold the webinar series Trends in Aquaculture Hatcheries that will focus on different topics of importance for hatchery managers such as diseases, breeding and genetics, feeds and water conditioning. All webinars are free.

The first webinar, Shrimp disease prevention and management, will be held on March 23 at 2 am GMT, March 22 at 9 pm (Guayaquil), March 23 at 9 am (Bangkok).

Disease problems are one of the major concerns for the shrimp industry, increase risks and slow industry expansion. Luckily, new developments such as SPF broodstock, disease-free feeds and biosecurity practices allowed farmers to improve farm performance. 

In this first webinar, four presentations will talk about different strategies for managing diseases in shrimp hatcheries.
